AREAS OF 2,000 SQUARE METRES

Close to three-phase power grid

Shadow free area

Lease term: 25 years

Readjustment: annually by the IPCA

Payment start: 6 months from signature of Lease Contract

There should be no liens or restrictions on the property's registration

Mini-Power Plants

AREAS FROM 2 TO 8 HECTARES

Close to three-phase power grid

Up to 7km from the power substation

Shadow free area

Lease term: 25 years

Readjustment: annually by the IPCA

Payment start: 12 months from signature of Lease Contract

There should be no liens or restrictions on the property's registration
